You should arrive approximately 20 minutes before your scheduled start time. There is some administrative stuff to take care of prior to your experience so please come a little early and enjoy our lounge!

Well, that all depends on you now doesn’t it! Generally our games are set up to be completed within 60 minutes. Some teams may finish faster and some may take longer. Depending on availability, if needed, we may offer additional time for your team to escape. You can plan on the entire process, check in, adventure and post adventure recap to take anywhere from 60-90 minutes. (Or you can stay and hang out and play puzzle games in our lounge all night, we don’t mind!)

Have an open mind and work together as a team. This experience is designed to have multiple people communicate well and depend on each other. Try to have a quick POW-WOW with your team members before starting and assign different duties. Examples would be (one person is designated to finds clues, another person’s responsibility is to keep track of which clues have been used, etc.)

There are several options.

Online: You can go to our booking page, select the experience you want and the number of people you want to book for.

Phone: You can call 954-280-5599 and speak with one of our experience coordinators and they will help to reserve a spot for you.

Walk-in: You can just show up. However, we cannot guarantee a spot for you with this option. If there have been prior bookings that have been reserved you may need to wait for the next available experience opening. (FYI – Weekend time-slots generally get sold out quickly!)

If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, You can call and speak with one of our experience coordinators and we will provide either a refund or store credit for a future experience. You can cancel up to 48 hours in advance with a full refund. If you cancel within the 48 hour period we will provide store credit for you to use at a later date unless your booking falls on a Saturday or Sunday. In the event your booking is for a Saturday or Sunday there will be a 20% rescheduling fee that is deducted from the credit. 

For any birthday packages that that are purchased, there is a $150 non refundable deposit regardless of the day of the booking. 

Our room capacity is 2 – 10 people. Please contact us directly if you have any questions about larger groups.

Please call and speak with one of our experience coordinators and we can provide an excellent adventure for your corporate team building event or party.

Anyone under the age of 13 will need to be accompanied by an adult 18 or older. Any age group can participate, there are no age requirements. However, we suggest a minimum age of 10 simply because we want all our participants to enjoy the game and we feel the puzzles and clues may be a bit advanced for a younger age group.

All of our experiences are private. So if you book a group and you want to add more people, you can do so right up until the start of your game. We will not pair you up with any other players, so It will just be your group in the room.

Our experiences are recommended to not exceed up to 10 people at any one time. If you want to put more than 10 people in one room, we can accommodate you, it is simply not recommended.
